At D'Âme du Sud, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days from the receipt of your package to request a return.
Conditions for acceptance
To be accepted, the item must be:
- unworn and unwashed;
- in perfect condition;
- returned in its original packaging;
- accompanied by all its original tags.
Any item showing signs of use, washing, or returned incomplete cannot be refunded.
Return fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Costs associated with any re-shipment for a size or color exchange are also the responsibility of the customer.
Refund
The refund will be processed within a few days after receipt and verification of the product.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used during the order.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color, contact us before returning it so that we can check the availability of the desired product.
